What can you deliver for me?
We’ll deliver pretty much anything and everything providing its legal – with a few obvious exceptions:
Yes, additional charges may be incurred in the following circumstances:
1. Your courier is required to wait more than 15 minutes at either the point of collection or point of delivery without prior instruction.
2. Your courier is required to collect from or deliver to a different address to what was specified at the time of booking.
3. Your courier is required to do additional duties above and beyond delivery to the door of the delivery address.
Is my delivery insured?
Yes, your delivery is insured up to a certain amount (please speak to us on the phone to find out exact details before booking).
Will I get proof of delivery?
Yes, our couriers always provide proof of delivery either in the form of a photo, or a signature from the receiver.
